Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie
For an awesome creamy indulgence, blend just a few pantry staples together for this Peanut Butter Milkshake. Plus, the creamy peanut butter packs in some protein. This is a great kid-friendly dessert or snack that everyone will enjoy. To make it even more delicious, top with chopped peanuts, a drizzle of chocolate, or a scoop of ice cream! Enjoy this delicious treat as a mid-day snack or as a sweet after-dinner dessert. You can also experiment by adding different nut butter or adding a scoop of your favourite flavour of ice cream for an extra special treat. Enjoy!
Banana & Peanut Butter Milkshake Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 cup of milk of your choice (Oat Milk is pretty nice too)
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
- 1 cup of ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the bananas, then put them in a blender.
2. Add the peanut butter, milk, and honey (if using) to the blender.
3. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
4. Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the milkshake is thick and creamy.
5. Pour the milkshake into glasses and serve immediately.
